Requirements for the candidate:

1. Personal experience of working as an assistant will be an advantage.
2. Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
3. Experience of working with humanitarian projects.
4. Understanding the basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects.
5. Experience of communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy.

7. Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness, analytical skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation, initiative.
9. Developed organizational, executive and communication skills, as well as stress management skills.
10. Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Red Cross.
11. Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft 365 package (Excel. Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)

1. Organization of all necessary processes for the uninterrupted work of FT and AFT, volunteers at the regional level.
2. Preparation of purchase applications necessary equipment and consumables.
3. Processing incoming applications for services from mobile rehabilitation teams, forming a waiting list, planning schedules, routes and coordinating activities.
4. Accounting and control of replenishment of auxiliary rehabilitation supplies equipment in the region.
5. Implementation of target performance indicators, control of their compliance in the region, provision and reporting.
6. Readiness for regular monitoring visits together with representatives of the TCHU NC to the region for the purpose of evaluating efficiency project.
