Charitable organization "Salvation Angels" Charitable Foundation is looking for an Assistant coordinator for monetary assistance

Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families who suffered during the hostilities in Ukraine and need assistance.

Requirements:

• Sure Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas)
• Working with Kobo / Google Forms
• Basic understanding of MPCA processes
• Working with databases
• Checking documents
• Preparation of payment lists
• Basic reporting

Responsibilities:

• Support for the implementation of MPCA programs
• Working with databases (entering, checking, cleaning)
• Preparation of lists of beneficiaries
• Document verification and basic verification
• Preparation of payment information
• Help in organizing payments
• Collection and processing of feedback (hotline, forms)
• PDM (post-payment survey) support
• Maintenance of documentation and archive
• Coordinator support in reporting

Desired skills:

• Experience in humanitarian/social projects
• Understanding vulnerability criteria
• Experience of working with financial aid
• Knowledge of Activity Info / BB
• Basic English
• Experience working with large data sets
