CEO assistant in InProject Hub

Inproject Hub looking for We are searching for an organized, ambitious and analytical specialist who will become a reliable CEO partner in daily work. This role is not about administrative support, but about the immersion in the heart of business: coordination of processes, reporting, tasks management and communication with the top management of the company. This position:

• Full immersion in operational management and business processes;
• direct work with guidance and key development; business processes;

• Coordination of internal business processes and execution of CEO strategic tasks;
• processing of reports and documents, preparation of compressed analytical conclusions and advice and

What skills should the perfect candidate have:

• Understanding the basics of project management, marketing and building business processes;
• Flexibility of thinking, proactivity, systematic and analytical approach to solving problems; so orally;
• high level of responsibility, independence and organization;
• knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Interpediaate (B2).
