Now we are looking for an assistant in the customer service department (Assistant Customer Service)< /strong>

Your future tasks:

• Printing, signing and sending contracts, specifications, invoices, documents, etc.< /li>
• Copying and scanning of documents in accordance with production needs.
• Keeping records, storing and controlling the availability of original documents.
• Ensuring the return of originals to the central office.
• Preparation of contracts, additional agreements, etc., depending on production needs.
• Filling in customer cards in the CRM system (Kleva).
• Technical support of the customer service department.
• Other according to production needs.

Our candidate has:

• student or start careers for graduates with a higher education
• work experience from 6 monthsas an assistant
• experience in the field of accounting, finance, logistics is welcome , rights
• fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language
• willingness to work overtime during periods of peak workload (spring and autumn seasons)
