Assistance registration specialist in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

MFOZNS "Carpathian Region"organizes a competition for the position of aid registration specialist in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region, on a full-time basis.

Requirements for the candidate:

-Higher education in the field of management, sociology and humanitarianism or related specialties.

-Work experience of 2-3 years in the field of humanitarian response, crisis management.

-Desirable work experience in the field of civil protection or coordination of assistance to victims of emergency situations.

-Knowledge of the basics of humanitarian law, principles of humanitarian aid and security standards.

-Ability to organize and coordinate the work of a team in stressful and fast-paced conditions of changes.

-High communication skills and diplomacy.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the collection, systematization and analysis of data on the affected population.
• Maintenance of documentation, preparation of reports and analytical materials.
• Registration services beneficiaries and updating information in databases
• Services for receiving requests, gathering primary information and redirecting to appropriate specialists.
• Interaction with local authorities, partners and volunteers.
• Adherence to security standards and humanitarian principles.
• Notification of risks, problems or resource needs to the coordinator.
