Artificial intelligence development specialist (AI / Automation Specialist) in EDS Group

Objective of the position:

Research, pilot implementation and integration of AI and automation tools (n8n, LLM) into the company's business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Experience of working with automation platforms (n8n, Make) from 1 year. 
• Experience with API LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic) and Prompt Engineering.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Deep understanding of LLM (Large Language Models) architecture and methods of interacting with them (Prompt Engineering, RAG).

• Knowledge of workflow automation platforms (preferably n8n, alternatively

  Make/Zapier".

  n8n using

  AI agents.

• Development and testing of prompts (Prompt Engineering) for various business tasks

  (support, analytics, content generation).

• Ability to analyze the business process "As Is" and design its automated

  version "To Be" using AI.

Responsibilities

1. Research (R&D): constant monitoring of the market of AI tools, testing of new models and services for the needs of the company. 

2. Pilot implementation: implementation of "quick wins" (Quick Wins) — small automation projects using AI (for exampleorder, automatic classification of incoming letters, AI-assistant for the knowledge base). 

3. Process integration: development of stable workflows in n8n that combine existing company systems (CRM, messengers, mail) with AI models. 

4. LLM Optimization:tuning and testing different models to achieve the best query quality and cost (choice between GPT-4, Claude, Gemini or local models). 

5. Working with data: preparation and structuring of data for training or use in RAG systems (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). 

6. Training: advising company employees on the effective use of AI tools in their daily work. 

7. Analysis of the effect: calculation of the economic effect of the implemented tools (time saved by employees, speed of application processing).
