🎲 About US: Our company is developing a game that aims to become a large-scale project with a great future. We already have unique design, unique mechanics, unique art, and unique storyline — for the perfect game, we only need a skilled Art Team Lead to help coordinate our efforts and ensure successful execution of our ambitious plans. We are looking for a Art Team Lead for a permanent job, with future promotion.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of talented artists, including 3D artists, 2D artists, UI artists, and AI artists.
• Oversee the creation of our next open-world location in Unity, temporarily taking on the role of a level designer.
• Ensure the artistic vision aligns with the game's overall theme and narrative.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate art assets seamlessly into the game.
• Develop and maintain high-quality visual standards for all aspects of the game.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the art team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Participate in the recruitment process as our team expands, particularly after securing additional investment.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director in the gaming industry.
• Extensive knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in game development.
• Strong background in creating art for RPG games with open worlds.
• Proficiency in Unity and experience with level design.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to team members.
• Strong artistic vision and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
