SciPlay is one of the world’s biggest casual mobile games companies, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.As part of our growing effort to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and talented Art leader to join to our casual game Backgammon Live. The Art lead will create, and lead Art team with an expert understanding of mobile gaming as well as an understanding of current trends in the best casual games.Responsibilities:Lead a team of artists, handling both live ops and monetization pop ups, as well as new features demands from development teamDesign and create UI campaignsBe able to Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and graphic assetsWork directly with production to ensure that schedules and plans meet business and project needsMaintain stylistic consistency by expertly matching the current style of the game and proposing innovations and improvementsRequirements:5+ years of experience producing high-quality 2D game art2+ years experience as a manager of artistsEnglish — Upper- Intermediate+ ( daily communication)Master with the Adobe creative suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)Takes initiative and has excellent communication skills.Ability to manage employees’ skills and continue to develop processes, methods, and workflowsFulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Work well with people in a team environment, great team member!Advantages:Working knowledge of Unity implementation and basic UI animationStrong Illustration skillGood Knowledge of 3D softwareA portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill — Required.We offer:Social package: paid vacation and sick leaves;Insurance coverage;Conferences compensation;Recommendation bonuses;Regular team buildings and other events;Friendly environment.
