- Development of creative strategies for social media, online and offline advertising, brand campaigns.
- Providing creative solutions for presentations and other communication materials.
- Monitoring the implementation of projects within the budget and deadlines.
- Analysis of campaign results and making adjustments for achieving better results.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in marketing, design, advertising, journalism or related areas.
- Work experience : At least 2 years as a creative director or in a similar role, preferably in the field of advertising, marketing or media.
- Creativity and innovation: Willingness to develop non-standard ideas, ability to think strategically and to focus on the latest trends in the industry.
- Leadership qualities: Experience in team management, the ability to motivate, delegate tasks and ensure effective cooperation.
- Technical skills : Ability to work with programs for creating creative materials (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma and others).
- Knowledge of digital technologies and trends: Experience with digital platforms , social media, SEO/SEM, mobile applications.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, particularly with top management and clients.
