Key tasks :

• Development of architectural concepts
• Preparation and design of working documentation in accordance with norms and standards
• Complex management of the project and control of work execution at all stages: from concept to implementation

Functional responsibilities:

• Development of project solutions at all stages design, including the creation of technical and design documentation
• Execution of drawings at various stages of design
• Ensuring the author's supervision of project implementation
• Checking and approval of drawings and technical solutions, developed by contracting organizations

Our expectations:

• Higher architectural education
• Experience as an architect from 5 years
• Experience in the design of residential buildings and complexes of various complexity, public buildings (business centers, shopping centers and others) at all stages of design
• Experience in the development of working documentation, nodes and details
• Knowledge of state building regulations and standards, as well as other regulatory documents
• Professional skills in Graphisoft Archicad (Adobe Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp - desirable)
