Vacancy: Architect-designer

Requirements:

• Higher education in architecture or related field.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of software in the position of an architect (ArchiCad, AutoCad, Photoshop, MS Office).
• Availability of a portfolio.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and imagination.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions.
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time, residential and commercial objects (apartments, restaurants, hotels, SPA complexes, shops, offices etc.).

Responsibilities:

1. Development of projects:
   • Development of architectural concepts and ideas for buildings and structures.
   • Development of technical documentation (creation of plans, drawings, schemes and models for further implementation at the object).
   • Taking into account and observing all buffers and design standards, knowledge of regulatory and legal documentation (DBN, DSTU).
2. Research and analysis:
   • Analysis of modern trends in architecture, technologies and construction standards.
   • Study of information about construction site, regional infrastructure and land conditions.
3. Planning and ensuring efficiency:
   • Optimization of the internal layout of premises, communication systems and energy efficiency buildings.
   • Ensuring compliance with budget constraints and construction deadlines.
4. Interaction with the team:
   • Working in a team with other specialists, such as engineers, designers and builders.
5. Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance:
   • Taking into account construction safety requirements and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
   • Preparation of necessary documentation for obtaining permits and licenses.
6. Innovation and continuous improvement:
   • Constant training and updating of knowledge in the field of architecture and the use of the latest technologies and materials.
