Vacancy: Architect-designer

We, LLC company « IKB "PANORAMA", we are looking for a talented and creative Architect-designer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of architecture or a related field.
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of software for the position of an architect (ArchiCad, AutoCad, Photoshop, MS Office).
• Availability of a portfolio.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and imagination.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, residential and commercial objects (apartments, restaurants, hotels, SPA complexes, shops, offices, etc.).

Responsibilities:

1. Development of projects:
   • Development of architectural concepts and ideas for buildings and structures.
   • Development of technical documentation (creation of plans, drawings, schemes and models for further implementation at the facility).
   • Taking into account and observing all design buffers and standards, knowledge of regulatory documentation (DBN, DSTU).
2. Research and analysis:
   • Analysis of modern trends in architecture, technologies and construction standards.
   • Study of information about the construction site, regional infrastructure and land conditions.
3. Planning and ensuring efficiency:
   • Optimization of internal layout of premises, communication systems and energy efficiency of the building.
   • Ensuring compliance with budget restrictions and construction deadlines.

4. Interaction with the team:
   • Working in a team with other professionals such as engineers, designers and construction workers.
5. Ensuring safety and compliance regulations:
   • Taking into account construction safety requirements and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
   • Preparation of necessary documentation for obtaining permits and licenses.
6. Innovation and continuous improvement:
   • Constant learning and updating of knowledge in the field of architecture and the use of the latest technologies and materials.
