Architect at the stage: EP, PP, P, R in BIP-PM, TOV

The project organization, which performs works on the design and construction of objects of any complexity, is equipped with highly qualified personnel capable of performing comprehensive work in the field of consulting, engineering and design services from the beginning of the project to the commissioning of the object. Has experience in cooperation with local authorities and operating organizations, as well as international organizations and foreign companies in the development of tender documentation and design - announces a competition for the vacancy of an architect.

Requirements: Knowledge of the regulatory framework, ability to work independently. Possession of Archicad, 3DS Max, Lumion, Corel Draw, Photoshop and other software products. At least 3 years of work experience is preferred, but
we also consider graduates/final year students 

Responsibilities:

1) Visualizer: development of sketches, "PP", "P", visualization. Exterior, high-rise buildings.

2) For the "P" stage: Development of design documentation of any complexity of the "P" stage for the construction of residential, commercial and office, multi-functional complexes with large floors.
