Your field of implementation and areas of responsibility are:

• creation of unique solutions that have not yet been found in other projects

• generation of innovative ideas for residential, commercial, commercial and educational buildings, in particular concepts for the appearance of facades and interior layouts of premises

• creation of urban planning concepts reflecting the balance between aesthetics and functionality of projects

• development and presentation of conceptual architectural solutions for new projects, including sketch drawings, 3D models and visualizations, presentations

• participating in presentations to customers and discussing changes in the project concept in accordance with their requests

• analysis of land plots for restrictions, urban planning conditions and opportunities, including the creation of feasibility studies based on this analysis

• cooperation with the customer, engineers, designers and other project participants to achieve harmonious and practical architectural concepts

• communication with the project manager and participation in the daily coordination of the project

• development of project schedules in Asana (we will teach if necessary), compliance with deadlines and cooperation with other project participants

Skills that will come in handy for a future colleague:

• effective management of a small group of architects (1-3)

• work with relevant legislative documents and comply with regulatory requirementsg in projects (requirements for insolation, fire safety, civil protection measures, inclusiveness, and others).

• find compromises and prioritize to meet deadlines

• Archicad (not lower than 70% according to the official test, with 26 versions)

• creation of architectural concepts (Enscape, Lumion or others)

• Photoshop and Illustrator

• Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, Email)

• use of modern and new design technologies such as BIM/VDC, VR, AR, Generative Design and AI

• aesthetic taste, openness to new things, constant learning and flexibility

Expected work results:

• unique practical urban planning and architectural concepts that take into account the customer's needs and legal restrictions for a specific land plot

• concepts that can be efficiently and effectively presented to customers

• implementation of architectural ideas that match the style, requirements and budget of the project, including concepts for residential, commercial, retail and educational buildings

• adherence to initial conceptual decisions at all stages of project implementation

• compliance of concept projects with legislative requirements, provision of solutions in the normative-legal plane and support of consistency of concepts with regulations

• compliance with project implementation deadlines

• defense and argumentation of own project decisions before colleagues and the customer
