Your duties:

• Conduct measurements of premises.
• Create 3D room models.
• Develop ergonomic and functional layouts.
• Develop drawings according to studio standards.
• Lead projects at all stages — from concept to operational projects.
• Work with several projects at the same time.
• Communicate with the manager, colleagues and clients, ensuring high-quality execution of tasks.
• Ensure effective interaction with the team to achieve results projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of architecture and/or residential design from 2 years.
• Proficiency in Archicad, Lumion; experience in Revit will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Illustrator or Corel is an added plus.
• English at an intermediate or higher level.
• Ability to work in a team, learn quickly and make decisions problems.
• Ability to find optimal solutions and work under deadlines.
