Responsibilities:

•   Maintaining a customer database, updating the status of applications;
•   Reception and processing of incoming requests from customers in telephone format;
• Preparation of reports on processed applications and completed tasks;
•   Registration and systematization of applications in the CRM system.

Requirements:

•   Work experience would be an advantage but not required;
•   Communication skills, ability to work with people;
•   Responsibility, activity, result-oriented;
•   strong> Basic PC skills (MS Office, Google Docs, CRM systems);
• Willingness to work in a team and learn new things.
