Request Manager/Customer support in AirAdvisor Internation Inc

AirAdvisor, an international LegalTech startup operating in the EU, USA, Turkey and Ukraine and engaged in protecting the rights of air passengers in case of problems with air flights, is looking for an application manager / Customer support specialist who wants to develop and is ready to learn something new. Responsibilities :- submission of applications to the airline;- communication with customers and partners in different countries;- feedback with airlines and customers;- communication with national aviation oversight bodies and finding ways to solve non-standard issues; WE ARE NOT A CALL CENTER OR A COLLECTION COMPANY AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLABORATOR NOT FOR COLD SOUNDS! Requirements: - knowledge of the English language; - experience working with clients; - attention to details and deadlines; - personal qualities: high productivity, honesty, decency (ethics), quick self-learning. analytical and open thinking; - resistance to stress and readiness for overtime; - education in universities abroad will be a plus.
