Whom we are waiting for in our team: Work experience in the field or a related one is desirable (at least minimal - you must understand that working with people is not easy, but limitless interesting); English language at the Intermediate level and above (oral and written form); The language of a nightingale, which you want to listen to.:) Work with conflicts, and if there is something, we will work it out! Honesty, responsibility, attention to details; Patience is an important point of work with guests, of course! Responsibilities in this position: Carrying out the assignments of the senior administrator; Provision of information support to guests and staff - calls and messengers; Collecting information from guests regarding check-ins and check-outs for the next day; Making room reservations; Meeting and accommodating guests; Accepting payment for accommodation, as well as drawing up reporting documents for guests on business trips; Resolution of conflict and non-standard situations. We guarantee: Work in a stable company ( no virus and war are scary to us! - we did not stop work even in the most difficult times!); a minimum bonus system in the amount of UAH 3000/month - paid from the 3rd month of independent work; schedule: 3 in 3 from 12:00 to 21 :00 — rate per shift 800 hryvnias; Paid internship: come during the days of the intern employee from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. — approximately 14−15 shifts — payment of 450 hryvnias per shift (If you need to do more shifts, you will be notified about it during the internship); Work in an office in the heart of the city (Khreshchatyk, Teatralna, Golden Gate, Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro); Official employment; A pleasant working atmosphere and loyal management; You don't need to iron your uniform for work and stand/sit in uncomfortable shoes - you come in what you are comfortable with; Transfer to or from work if you are caught by an air alarm (if you live on the left bank); The opportunity to develop and realize your potential. Later, an additional internship is planned under the schedule of 1/3 from 9:00 to 9:00 in case of force majeure situations, vacations and a better understanding of the work process.
