Job description:
we are expanding the department with a new in the role of the head of the active anti-fraud department, who will lead a sub-team of 4 specialists who will proactively search for fraudulent accounts based on their own patterns and in communication with the analytics team.
Objectives for the trial period:
— assessment of fraud-sensitive processes on the product;
— creation of a list of required regular downloads;
—determining the cyclicality of regular discharges;
— create a CRI system for your employees;
Responsibilities:
— team management;
— description of processes, manuals, refinement of tools;
—compilation of reports on the work performed;
— logical processing and solving of unique cases;
— communication with the trainer and the quality department in matters of training and the quality of employees' work;
— regular feedback to employees about their work, conducted 1-to-1;
— setting tasks and building step-by-step instructions, including in the Jira system;
— employee training;
—participation in the process of hiring employees;
What we expect from the candidate's experience:
— 2 years of experience in anti-fraud/risk management;
- the ability to work with a large amount of data;
- the ability to use Excel/GSheets at the level of an experienced user;
- previous experience of managing a team - a must have;
- previous experience in the gambling field is a must have;
