BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund)-recognized human rights leader in Ukraine.  The Foundation has powerful positions in the field of protection of the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees and stateless persons. Today, the Fund operates in almost all regional centers and communities within the respective regions. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNCCC and provides programs for providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, facilitates changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into compliance with international human rights standards. • To provide comprehensive advocacy support in the development and improvement of the social services system to local authorities and social services providers, in particular by reviewing local legislation, supporting local authorities, developing working protocols and strategies, legal support, training and mentories in social services;
• Advocates the solution of social services, support the process of setting up a stable social services system at the local level, which will identify and respond in a timely manner (through, in particular, assisting in: defining community residents in social services ; difficult life circumstances and efficient response to their needs, etc.);
• Organize and hold events and meetings with key stakeholders, mainly at the local level;

    • Excellent understanding of the IDP situation in Ukraine;
