Working with lida:

• When receiving a request from a broker to clarify the relevance of information from the seller. reporting table.

Broker coordination and control:

• Organize updates of information about objects with brokers.
• fix which brokers are ready for collaboration and which are ignored by queries.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with tables and CRM systems.
• Competent business communication in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). and English. Normal; Font-Weight: 400 "> salary: 10 000-15 000 UAH/month (depends on experience and efficiency).

  additional bonus: 100 UAH for each successfully transmitted Lida.

  Medium load: approximately 100 lides per month (4-5 per day), which can bring an additional 2000 UAH or more. the final result of the work:

  • Relevant and accurate information about the secondary real estate market is introduced into the system. FONT-Weight: 400 "> Brokers promptly receive current data and lida.
  • Telegram Information Channels are regularly updated with new objects.Brokers with understanding of their activity and readiness for cooperation.
