GENERAL INFORMATION

BF "Right to Protection" (Fund) is a charity focused on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs of providing direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

BF "Pr"avo na defense" is looking for a candidate for the position ofSpecialist in analytics and reporting.

COVERAGE

A specialist in analytics and reporting works in the Kyiv office. Upon agreement, a flexible schedule is possible according to the schedule of remote work days

CONDITIONAL LANGUAGES AND TASKS

The analytics and reporting specialist performs the following tasks:

  • works in the accounting system of the Financial Assistance Program. Understands the principles of accounting, the methodology of building all catalogs and entities in the system, freely navigates projects that have components of the financial aid program;

  • returns data in the accounting system if necessary data to the initiators for correction;

  • builds standard reports within the program and projects;

  • creates designers for atypical reports using the built-in mechanism in the software;

  • when it is impossible to create new types of reports, forms a technical task for software developers to generate additional reports;

  • conducts project onboarding regarding the possibilities of building the necessary reports according to the requirements of projects, clusters and indicators;

  • synchronizes program reporting and MEAL direction;

  • forms regular monthly reports for program management, projects and senior management of the Fund;

  • forms reports for profile clusters that regulate program activity;

  • takes part in the planning, strategizing and development of the financial aid program;

  • understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • higher or specialized education (mathematics, statistics, economics, information technologies);

  • experience as a business analyst or business analyst assistant is desirable;

  • ability to conduct friendly and effective communication within the team;

  • ability to present work results, calmly answer questions from colleagues with different views on analytical work;

  • accuracy, efficiency and perfection when working with data, the ability to invent a balance of minimum sufficiency and optimal depth of reports.
