We are currently looking for a specialist for the position "A WEB and APP analyst" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company.

Main duties:

• collection, formalization and agreement of requirements with customers ;
• analysis of requirements (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
• control of project execution and compliance with deadlines;
• analysis of efficiency and generation of proposals for process optimization;
• development of documentation;
• consultation of programmers and testers during product development, discussion of controversial points with the customer;
• meetings with the project team and with by the customer;
• development of conceptual solutions, writing technical specifications;
• preparation of presentations for management and customers.

Requirements:

• have successful experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• confidently know BPMN and UML;
• have experience working with JIRA, MS Project , as well as experience using Agile and Waterfall frameworks;
• have UX/UI skills, experience with Figma;
• have successful experience in writing user stories, understand the purpose epic;
• experience with formalization and documentation of product requirements (business model, diagrams, low-level usage scenarios, visualized prototypes of user interfaces);
• understand the software development life cycle;
• possess such qualities as - the ability to make decisions and be responsible for them, work in multitasking mode and be proactive.
