We provide a dynamic environment where you can expand your professional expertise and make a significant impact.The person joining us will help in our engagements with AWS teams and work cross-functionally with different departments.📍 Work location - Remote from LvivResponsibilitiesBe a focal point for support level, AWS credits, funds, and moreCollaborate with internal stakeholders as well as with AWS representativesIssue various reports, such as Cloud Billings, On-boarding New Customers, and Support to management regularlyUpdate customers about AWS updates and announcements to customersGenerate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into cloud spending and trendsManage permissions to platforms and systemsRequirements1-2 years of experience in a similar role from a global companyWorking experience with Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and functions such as VLookup)Proven experience in developing reports and dashboardsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial informationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with AWS - an advantageAutomat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
