"Ukrposhta" is a national postal operator, a reliable and responsible employer.

Right now we are looking for Analytics (trading)

Main duties:

• Preparation of regular reports and analytical presentations for management and stakeholders

• Administrative management of assortment matrices of product groups, including their updating and adjustment

  
  

• Formation of the sales plan/fact according to the directions set by the department (monthly, quarterly, annually)

• Collection and analysis of data on sales, trends, market indicators to support strategic decisions

• Participation in the optimization of planning and analytics processes to improve the efficiency of the department
• Expected results in the first 3 months of work: Mastering the specifics of product groups and the processes of managing assortment matrices. Timely preparation of regular reports (monthly and quarterly) with analytical conclusions on sales results. Active participation in the adaptation and improvement of analytical processes based on the study of internal business processes.

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:< /p>

• Higher education (mathematics, cybernetics, economics - preferably)
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Analyst or Data Analyst, in particular with work experience in sales analysis, revenue forecasting, analysis of assortment matrices and process efficiency
• High level of proficiency in Excel (including Power Pivot and Power Query)
• Excellent data analysis and decision making skills
< li style="font-weight: 400">Ability to work with large amounts of information
• A confident user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work in multitasking conditions and meet deadlines
