JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering the resumes of candidates for the position of Chief Specialist of the Planning and Analytics Group (Purchase Analyst). Main tasks: Formation, approval and control over the implementation of the needs plan; Formation of the procurement plan and procurement schedule; Control over the introduction of changes to the procurement plan; Consolidation of information on contracts and purchases; Analytics and reporting; Creation of analytical dashboards. Main functional duties: Collection of information from open sources, Excel, SAP tables, etc.; Analysis of data arrays for correctness and usability (cleaning and preparation of databases); Consolidation large data sets, report generation and visualization, analytics and reporting; Monitoring of procurement efficiency and functioning of the material and technical supply system for further analysis and providing information to the Company's management; Compilation and submission of statistical reports in the established order; Maintaining the database in an up-to-date state. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education in the field of mathematics, statistics, economics or computer science (diploma with honors, social activity will be an advantage); Additional specialized education will be an advantage; Work experience - from 2 years in a similar position; Experience in analytical work, experience working with large volumes of data using SQL/Python; Experienced PC user, in particular Excel, Power BI; Ability to build dashboards in BI systems; Availability of successful projects for automation of production and/or procurement processes.
