Analyst (office/remote) in Asociaciya ambasadorok Ukrayini, GO

Non-governmental organization "Association of Ambassadors of Ukraine" -we are a group of experts united by a common idea to form a society where all women have the opportunity to reveal their potential and realize themselves. Our activities are aimed at working with women from vulnerable population groups, including internally displaced persons, orphans/semi-orphans, women who have suffered as a result of war, etc.

Through professional and personal development, we help women become economically independent and overcome difficult the circumstances in which they found themselves. We are looking for an analyst who shares our vision and will join our team.

Necessary skills:

• at least 2 years of experience as an analyst years;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• thorough understanding of economic and social processes;
• familiarity with methods of qualitative and statistical analysis;
• li>ability to write analytical texts, references, reports;
• development and conducting research on socio-economic topics
• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than C1;
• work experience

Necessary skills:

• search, collection and systematization of data;
• analysis of current trends and changes in the socio-economic plane, identification of interesting topics for research; 
• participation in the development of forms for conducting surveys to study the target audience;
• basic processing of surveys (in-depth interviews, focus groups);
• conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of data obtained from surveys;
• writing analytical notes, references, reports;
• development of research design;
• conducting office research on socio-economic topics, reporting in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders.
