Analyst of Voluntary Health Insurance (VHI) contracts in Archers

Our client is a leading insurance broker in Ukraine with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in corporate health insurance (CHI) and serve the largest Ukrainian and international companies. Currently, we are looking for a manager who will strengthen our direction of client support

DMS contract analyst is responsible for the full cycle of work with contractual documentation and data: from the analysis and unification of conditions to the preparation of tender materials, control calculations and comparative tables. The goal is to ensure the accuracy and comparability of offers so that customers and the team can make quick and informed decisions.

What you will do

• Analyze contracts, applications, LMS programs: identify risks, inconsistencies, exceptions, limits, SLAs.
• Normalize and unify conditions between insurers; prepare comparison matrices and brief summaries of conditions for clients.
• Prepare tender requirements and forms for participants; check the correctness of answers and calculations.
• Conduct control calculations (premiums, limits, deductibles, restrictions), check the logical/actuarial reasonableness of rates.
• Form regular reporting in tables (portfolio, use of limits, appeals, exceptions), maintain the relevance of templates.
• Work on changes to the terms of programs insurance.

What is needed (Must-have)

• 1+ years of experience in DMS/health insurance (broker/insurance) or in insurance/medical analytical roles.
• Confident reading and structural analysis of contracts, applications; high attention to details.
• Excel (advanced): pivot tables, search formulas, data checks; working with arrays of data.
• PowerPoint (advanced) – hands-on experience in creating quality business presentations.
• Experience in preparing proposal comparison tables and analytical notes for clients/management.
• Knowledge of DMS processes: insurance contracts and programs, limits/exclusions, service agreements, SLA.
• An advantage will be the ability work with AI-tools for analytics:
  • applying LLM prompts to extract policy parameters and compare conditions;
  • check wording/exclusions for consistency;
  • generate short summaries of documents and tables;
  • experience with AI tools for creating presentations (e.g. Gamma AI);
  • responsible use of AI (confidentiality, no data leaks).
