OUR CANDIDATE HAS:
- higher education;
- work experience in in the field of lending or banking;
- ability to automate business processes;
- experienced PC user (perfect knowledge of Excel, Power Point);
- work experience with presentations; analytical thinking; flexibility, adaptability; quality and result orientation; responsibility and attention to detail.
FUTURE DUTIES:
- conducting a study of the key performance indicators of the unit;
- preparing reports and presentation materials based on the conducted analysis;
- technical support of the sales process of credit products;
- search for effective sales tools;
- work with customer attraction channels;
- providing advisory support to clients throughout the entire sales process;
- training on the sale of credit products for department employees.
