Functionalresponsibilities:

• Analysis of the impact of financial risks on the bank's risk profile
• Identification, measurement, monitoring, control, mitigation and reporting of risks
• Assessment of the bank's capital adequacy level
• Development of approaches to and implementation of stress testing
• Preparation of draft solutions aimed at minimizing bank risks
• Ensuring compliance and development of internal policies in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (priority fields: finance, business, economy, banking)
• Work experience from 2 years in the areas of financial risk management or financial analytics in the banking sector
• Knowledge of the requirements of national and international regulation in the field of risk management
• Skills in working with software: databases, analytics (proficiency in excel, power bi will be an advantage)
• English level - above average (spoken and written)
• High analytical skills and ability to focus on details
• Developed written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the field of risk management
