Necessary experience:

• Work experience from 3 years;
• Knowledge of 1C, Microsoft Office package, preferably Power BI;
• Support of corporate culture;

• Skill to create and optimize forms and reports;
• Skills in working with Excel at the level of an advanced user.

Key responsibilities:

• Calculation and verification of motivation by indicators КРИ;
• Consolidation of reports on employee compensations, accruals and maintenance of a group of companies;
• Factor analysis of changes in FOT by companies of the group;
