Analyst of production processes in GOFROKOMBINAT TORGTEHNIKA, TOV

We are looking for a specialist who will help improve the operational efficiency of production and the quality of processes.

Main duties:

• Collection of production data, development and maintenance of complex tables in Excel, construction of graphs of quality dynamics and downtime
• Filling and updating of logs of quality, protocols, checking compliance of regulations and instructions with the real state of affairs
• Conducting time records, identifying "bottlenecks" in the work of personnel, participating in the calculation of production standards
• Searching for losses at workplaces, participating in improvement projects (Kaizen), implementation of the 5S
• Preparation of presentations for quality and training meetings personnel

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables), diagramming, PowerPoint
• Ability to create structured and visually understandable presentations
• Understanding the principles of 1C work (or willingness to learn)
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean tools (5S, timing, loss analysis) will be an advantage
• Attention, the ability to work with large data sets
