What is needed do:

• analysis, optimization and adaptation of operational processes for the purpose of estimating the cost of processes;

• participation in projects on the implementation of cost management methods (ABS model);

, related to operating rooms processes, and the distribution of costs for them;

• evaluation of factors and drivers;

• preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management.< /p>

This will require:

• higher professional education and experience in a similar direction for at least 3 years;
• work experience in analytics, process management, operational assessment efficiency;
• understanding of the principles of the ABC method: identification of cost centers, assessment of cost drivers, calculation of the cost of processes;
• experience of project work on the implementation of new systems or solutions;
• analytical skills and systems thinking.
