Analyst of Merchandising Department (FMCG) in DDS INTERNATIONAL

We invite you to become part of our team in the position of "Analyst of the merchandising department".

What will you be? engage in:

• Sales analysis;
• Monitoring KPI performance;
• Maintenance of databases;
• Formation of periodic reporting;
• Preparation of presentation materials;
• Sales analysis, forecasting and planning;
• Working with the FTA portal;
• Preparation of operational and regulated reporting sales indicators and partners' KPIs;
• Performance of the tasks of the head of the merchandising department;
• Consolidation of information for the preparation of new projects;
• Cooperation with other departments of the company in order to optimize business processes.

Necessary skills:

• Proficiency in the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access);
• Work experience with large data sets, in particular with summary tables;
• Experience in creating and managing databases (in particular MS Access);
• Knowledge of MS Excel functions and formulas;
• Proficiency in information visualization tools (graphs, diagrams, MS PowerPoint slides).

 Wishes for the candidate:

• Higher education (applied mathematics, statistics, cybernetics, computer science, economics). In the presence of significant relevant work experience, education is not essential;
• Analytical mindset;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to draw conclusions;
• Desirable work experience in FMCG from 1 year as an analyst.
