Our company specializes in the development and implementation of complex solutions for automation in the FMCG, Agro, finance and other industries.  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an analyst of CRM systems.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality .

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Understanding the structure of databases.
• Experience in working with business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and optimization of the use of CRM systems for increasing work efficiency.
• Customizing CRM systems and integration with other corporate platforms.
• Technical support for CRM users, prompt problem solving.
• Data analysis and report creation regarding the effectiveness of the CRM system.
