Analyst of consolidated information (Data Analyst) pharmaceutical business in AIMS International Ukraine

An international pharmaceutical company invites to its team a Analyst of consolidated information (Data Analyst), who will collect, prepare and analyze data from various areas of the business, turning them into clear and practical insights for decision-making.

This is an operational analytical role with a focus on working with pharmacy network data, sales and marketing indicators. The specialist will create dashboards and analytical reports that will help teams make informed business decisions.

Key areas of responsibility 

Data collection

• Data collection from internal and external sources (IQVIA, Proxima)

• Setting up regular updates and data integration

• Work with databases Morion, Pharmxplorer, Pharmachains

Data transformation

• Data cleaning, normalization and validation
• Building and support of ETL-processes
• SKU recoding and reconciliation of references between systems
• Consolidation of data from different sources into single tables

Analysis and reporting

• Preparation of regular reporting:
• Reports on sales and balances of pharmacy chains (Sell In / Sell Out)
• Sales forecasts
• Analysis of penetration dynamics
• Reports on BTL payments and marketing activities
• Conducting statistical analysis
• Looking for trends, anomalies and patterns
• Formation of insights for marketing and supply chain teams
• Preparation of individual reports according to requests (client / product / period)

Visualization and presentation

• Creation of interactive dashboards

• Customization of reports for different audiences (KAM, sales team, management)

• Preparation of presentations and analytical materials for management decision-making

Technical skills

• Confident work with Power Query (creating interactive panels and reports)

• Excel — Advanced level

interpret results and present them in simple and understandable language

• Effective team interaction

• Time management and task prioritization skills

Soft skills

• Systematic and accurate

• Ability to work with deadlines and multitasking

• Communication with different departments (sales, marketing)

• Independence in performing operational tasks

Important:

• Higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher) in the field: computer science, statistics, mathematics, informatics, business or economics

• Work experience inin data analytics or business analytics from 1 year (1-3+ would be an advantage)

• Professional certifications in data analytics would be a plus but not required
