An international pharmaceutical company invites to its team a Analyst of consolidated information (Data Analyst)

The analyst will collect, prepare and analyze data from various areas of business, transforming them for clear and actionable insights for decision-making.

This is an operational analytical role with a focus on working with pharmacy network data, sales and marketing metrics. The specialist will create dashboards and analytical reports that will help teams make informed business decisions.

Key areas of responsibility 

The employee will be engaged in the collection, preparation and analysis of data from various areas pharmaceutical business, turning them into clear and practical conclusions. The specialist will create data visualization and analytical reports that will help teams make informed business decisions. This is an operational analytical role with a focus on pharmacy network data, sales and marketing metrics

Key areas of responsibility:

• Collection:Collection of data from internal and external sources (Proxima), setting up regular updates and data integration.
• Transformation:Cleaning, normalizing and validating data, building ETL processes and preparing structured datasets.
• Analysis:Conducting statistical analysis, finding trends, anomalies and regularities, generating insights for marketing and supply chain.
• Presentation:Creating presentations and reports, preparing conclusions and recommendations for decision-making.

Regular reporting:

• Reports on sales and balances of pharmacy chains (Sell Out, Sell In)
• Working with data Morion
systems
• Formation of individual reports according to requests (client/product/period)
• Summary of data from various sources into consolidated tables
• Setting up automation of reports (Power Query)

Visualization and presentations:

• Preparation of presentations for the sales team
• Customization of reports for different audiences (KAM, management)

Technical skills

• with Power Query (creation of interactive panels and reports)

• Excel - Advanced level

• Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint

• Understanding the basics of statistics and methods of statistical analysis

• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with complex data sets

• Attention to details and high quality work with data

• Ability to interpret results and present them in simple and understandable language

• Effective team interaction

• Independence in performing operational tasks

Essential:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree or higher) in the field of: computer science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, business or economics

• 1 year of data analytics or business intelligence experience (1-3+ preferred) in pharmaceutical business

• Professional certifications in data analytics would be a plus but not required
