• monitoring the life cycle of the Bank's Development Strategy and functional strategies;
• tracking the relationships and interactions between strategic initiatives, projects, products, processes, synchronization and harmonization of conflicting initiatives;
• assessment of compliance with the Bank's development strategy initiatives and their prioritization;
• support of the development, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of high-level strategic documents in terms of preparation of analytical reports;
• participation in improving the methodology of strategic analysis, monitoring, strategic risk management;
• organization of information support regarding the life cycle document flow strategies;
• preparation of consolidated reporting on the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Bank's Management Board and Supervisory Board;
• participation in monitoring changes in the external and internal environment of the Bank, adaptation of strategic initiatives in accordance with new conditions;
• development, updating and monitoring of internal bank strategic documents;
• participation in the preparation of presentation and informational materials, analytical studies, analytical help.

You are "our person" if have:

• experience working in the banking\financial system of Ukraine will be an advantage, especially with specific functionality;

• experience in processing large data sets;

• ability to cooperate and take responsibility;

• ability to work in a team, orientation to results;

• analytical thinking, attention to details, orientation to results, the desire for constant training and development, to work in a team;
• knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine, including the regulatory and legal acts of the NBU, acts of internal regulation of the Bank.
