Application deadline:< September 11 protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting changes in legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and with the support their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- ? Carry out monitoring and assessment of households living in places of temporary residence of IDPs;
- ? Compilation of reports with the assessment of households, as well as on the progress of works in places of temporary residence of IDPs;
- ? Carry out regular trips with the engineer to monitor the performance of work and identify needs;
- ? Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project
- ? Submit reports based on the results of your work and other reports with the frequency established by the instructions and management.

Eligibility requirements:
? Bygeneral understanding of UNHCR's mission and mandate.- ? Bachelor's degree in humanities, social sciences, or other relevant field.
- ? Experience in humanitarian projects is welcome.
- ? Excellent knowledge of the spoken and written Ukrainian language.
- ? Knowledge of spoken and written English is welcome.
- ? Excellent computer skills (MS Office required).
- ? Willingness to travel.
- ? Having a personal PC.
Skills required:
- ? Ability to work in a team;
- ? Written and verbal communication skills to effectively consult, negotiate and report;
- ? Stress resistance and psychological maturity for working with vulnerable categories of citizens.
- ? Tolerant behavior in order to respect people of different cultures, ages, genders, races, religions, traditions.
