Requirements for candidates:

Main functional responsibilities:        

• Performing in the SAP S/4 HANA system (on accounting cards) the formation and general analysis of the generated data (for example: illiquid, occupation, damaged, stolen, shortage) about the main means/INMA (about 75 thousand objects)
• Display in the SAP S/4 HANA system (accounting) of business transactions regarding the commissioning (movement, write-off) of fixed assets, including other non-current tangible assets. .
• Reflection in the SAP S/4 HANA system (accounting) of business transactions regarding the accrual/reversal of depreciation reserves and transactions with the capital of the main funds/unconfirmed capital investments.
• Representation, including the formation (after appropriate calculations) of files for uploading (on capital in additional estimates, remaining terms of useful use (incl. analysis and calculation of terms) for the purposes of tax accounting), in the SAP S/4 HANA system (accounting) of business transactions for revaluation of fixed assets (performs analysis/sampling on fixed assets to be revaluation).
• Display in the accounting of economic transactions regarding intangible assets.
• Analysis/control of VAT allocated to capital expenditures (affects the cost of primary means).
• Participation in the formation of a package of documents for writing off fixed assets (including state property)/unfinished capital investments
