Requirements:

• higher legal education, specialization in European law will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the English language, not lower than B2 level;
• experience in the analysis of European Union law (EU acquis) and national legislation of EU member states;
• experience in the field of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the provisions of EU law will be an advantage;
• high analytical abilities, the ability to form analytical reports and reviews of the legislation of EU member states .

Responsibilities:

• analysis of the law of the European Union (EU acquis) and national legislation of the EU member states related to gambling regulation and addiction prevention measures;
• preparation of analytical materials (reports and reviews) in the field of gambling addiction prevention;
• comparative analysis of legal approaches of different countries to develop recommendations for harmonization or improvement of the national legislation of Ukraine;
• establishing ties and cooperation with international organizations, scientific institutions, public associations and other interested parties for the exchange of experience in the field of prevention of gambling addiction.
