Today our client, a company in in the field of international logistics, is looking for an Analytics/Labor Economist to join the team.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher economic education;
• 1-2 years of work with information analysis, skills in processing large amounts of information;
• Knowledge and analysis of the labor payment system (salary and piecework) will be a plus ;
• Skills for working with accounting systems, with Excel, Google Sheet;
• English — Intermediate;
• Ability to independently plan your work;

About the role:

• Collection and processing of salary information by teams, countries;
• Analysis of pay dynamics and structure, determination of influencing factors;
• Selective verification of the correctness of accruals;
• Configuration of the information collection and verification system;
• Formation of reports and presentations at the request of management.
