Analyst in the collection quality department in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Develop technical tasks related to the activities of the collection units in the bank
• Control the level of service quality of ATM/TSO and bank clients< /li>
• Control over the performance indicators of the bank's collection units
• Control over the accounting process and write-off of strict reporting forms in the units collection
• Control over violations of internal discipline in the bank's collection units, violations of traffic rules and the rules for operating the bank's fleet in the bank's collection units
• Control over compliance with technological instructions for service objects of the bank

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, banking, management)
• 2+ years of work experience in the banking sector
• Experience of working with the collection services of the Bank in Ukraine
• Experience of analyzing the performance indicators of the collection service
• Experience of analyzing statistical information by indicators with the formation of conclusions, causes, consequences, decisions
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of technological processes and organization of bank collection work
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine related to collection of funds and transportation of currency values
