This role involves ensuring the successful implementation of projects, facilitating cooperation among stakeholders, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.Key Responsibilities:•         Analyse EU and NATO policies related to the defence industry and innovations•         Prepare detailed reports and briefing notes on policy developments and their implications for Ukraine•         Monitor trends in defence innovations and assess their potential impact on Ukraine’s defence industry•

This role involves ensuring the successful implementation of projects, facilitating cooperation among stakeholders, and monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Analyse EU and NATO policies related to the defence industry and innovations

•         Prepare detailed reports and briefing notes on policy developments and their implications for Ukraine

•         Monitor trends in defence innovations and assess their potential impact on Ukraine’s defence industry

•         Support the development of innovation strategies within the defence sector.

•         Assist in drafting policy recommendations

•         Maintain regular communication and facilitate collaboration with international officials, as well as relevant industry stakeholders

•         Prepare regular reports on the status of Ukraine’s defence industry reforms and innovations

•         Identify challenges and propose solutions to address obstacles in the integration process

Qualifications and Experience:

•         A Master’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Defence Industry Management, or a related field

•         At least 5 years of experience in defence industry policy analysis, innovations, or Euro-Atlantic integration

•         Experience working with government agencies, international organizations, or defence industry stakeholders

•         Proven ability to analyse complex policies and provide strategic recommendations

•         Strong analytical and research skills, with a focus on defence industry and innovations

•         Excellent knowledge of  Ukraine’s legislation in related areas

•         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Ukrainian and English

•         Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in the defence and innovation sectors

•         Proficiency in using analytical tools and software

Conditions:
