Analyst for support and coordination of the work of the regions in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Setting up calculations and tracking the performance of project performance indicators
• Development, updating and implementing them into the Bank's system
• Preparation of technical tasks and implementation of user testing of improvements within the framework of existing processes under the supervision of an experienced colleague
• Control of the implementation of fixed stages of processes/programs
• Preparation of methodological materials and training content for network employees
• Conducting the necessary training activities according to established processes and programs

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in banking (preferred)
• Experience with SQL, data windows
• Proficiency in software Microsoft Office/Google Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skills for working with large amounts of statistical and numerical information, processing and the ability to analyze it
• Skills for preparing administrative documents, methodological and training materials
• Ability to work and analyze information, data
• Ability to present information in a presentation format
• Flexibility to processes and a tendency to learn quickly
• Readiness before business trips

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in writing technical specifications and building flowcharts
