Analyst for management reporting and business analysis (BI/Reporting Analyst) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a specialist in the business analysis and management reporting team of Kyivstar who will be responsible for the preparation of management reporting, analysis of business indicators and the formation of recommendations for the development of the company.

You will be responsible for...

• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting for various of business functions
• Organize data collection processes and ensure the quality and integrity of reporting
• Implement BI solutions and automate analytical processes
• Analyze key business indicators, identify deviations and form analytical conclusions
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for top management and ExCom
• Consolidate data for regular meetings and support making business decisions

You are our match if...

• You have a higher education in finance, economics, cybernetics, marketing or management
• You have at least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in international companies, consulting or telecom
• Able to work with large amounts of data and draw deep analytical conclusions
• Confident you know SQL and have worked with Power BI or similar tools
• You work well with Excel and PowerPoint, you know how to prepare clear and structured presentations
• You have English at the level of creating presentations

It is not necessary, but it is very valuable

• You have experience working with Jira or in a project environment
• You have experience working in telecommunications or product companies
