Analyst-economist of the sales department (distribution) in DBG

Company "Attika" is a recognized leader in the segment of sales of tobacco products, various beverages and snack products. The company started its journey in 2000 and since then it has been rapidly developing and automating on the market of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. 

We invite to our team a sales analyst-economist (wholesale direction and distribution of tobacco products).

We offer:

• work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• a comfortable office near the Central Market or the Maidan of the Constitution where there is always light and internet.

Your responsibilities:

• control of the remaining products of the tobacco group;
• formation of orders for suppliers based on needs;
• calculation of the amount of compensation , bonuses, etc. in accordance with the commercial terms of suppliers and company policy;
• control of pricing (setting new prices, maintaining a directory, checking, recalculating the markup, making changes, etc.);
• maintaining a database of specifications ;
• reports on checking accounts receivable;
• analysis of implementation of distribution programs of manufacturers;
• preparation of sales reports at the request of management.

Our expectations:

• higher education, preferably economics or mathematics;
• experience working with data sets, the ability to systematize the information received ;
• confident PC user, especially Excel (formulas, functions), 1C.8;
• analytical thinking;
• responsibility, attention to details;
