Functions: Database management in Quadrasoft CRM: Effective data management and updating in CRM, ensuring their relevance and accuracy; CRM data analysis: Conducting in-depth data analysis in CRM systems to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies; Sales performance evaluation: Analysis of SFE indicators to improve sales strategies, optimize routes and plan working hours of sales representatives; Development of dashboard reports : Creation of informative reports and interactive dashboards for management and sales teams; Recommendations for improvement: Providing strategic recommendations based on data to improve the effectiveness of customer service and sales; Interaction with departments: Working closely with marketing, sales and IT departments to ensure data integrity and effectiveness of the CRM system Requirements: Higher education in the field of data, business analytics, economics or related disciplines; Experience as a CRM/SFE analyst in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable; Knowledge of the principles of CRM and SFE, understanding of the pharmaceutical market; Skills in working with analytical tools (for example, SQL, Excel, BI platforms ) and experience working with CRM Quadrasoft; Ability to analyze large volumes of data and form meaningful conclusions; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
