we are looking for a position leading th analyst A Compensation and Benefits Department of Personnel Management .

If you join us, you will:

• participate in the development of politicians, procedures and processes in the field of compensation and privileges;
• participate in the support of the annual viewing process of the base salaries;
to participate in the coordination of wages to new employees and in the transfer of the bank's employees within the established powers;
• to participate in the development, implementation and support of the bank in the field of compensation and privileges.
• to carry out Analysis of existing remuneration systems and incentives, development and implementation of proposals for their improvement on the basis of the bank's policy;
• participate in the development, implementation and support of the system of basic salaries of bank employees: development and improvement of the scale of basic salaries of bank employees;
• Participate in the development, implementation and accompaniment of bank employees;
• participate in the development, implementation and accompaniment of the benefit plan for bank employees;
• to participate in wage reviews;
• to take and test tasks for automation of compensation and privileges;
• to develop and support Power Bi's reports;
• documentation and presentations on compensation and benefits;
• To prepare reports and control the budget of funds required for the implementation of compensation and privileges. A specialist who has:
  • higher education -finance, economics, cybernetics, statistics. 
  • Work experience: from two years in the direction of compensation and benefits or finances. 
  • Knowledge of English - Intermediate level and above. At the level of leading top employers of the country
  • annual wages reviews according to their own efficiency and financial indicators of the bank
