Currently, a competition is being announced for the vacancy "Analytics"

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Analysis and research of the goods market; 
• analysis and evaluation of the results of the purchase of the reporting month; 
• preparation of reports for the reporting period (plan-fact; payment calendar, etc.);
• department budget entry in 1 s (after approval by the EA department); 
• ABS analysis of suppliers; 
• signing of new contracts; 
• development of short-term and long-term forecasts regarding the price policy of the market; 
• submission of the check sheet; 
• collection of invoices/applications for payment in 1 C; 
• formation of the register of payments and submission to the chief accountant; 
• entering invoices/specifications in 1C; 
• preparation of files on budget prices and needs;
• entry of prices into protocols (1-3 times a month); 
• entry of prices in 1 second (once a month); 
• preparation of matrices; 
• work experience as an analyst from 1 year (preferred);
• confident user of office programs;
• knowledge of the 1C accounting program version 7;
• ability to work with a large amount of information;
• organization, independent work skills.
